感謝 天恩師德，感恩張老前人慈悲庇蔭，今日得以成立
南非一貫道總會，完成五大洲皆有總會成立的心愿。更感謝廖
永康老點傳師鼎力支持基礎忠恕南非天普道院的成立。
南非基礎忠恕道場，於民國84年（1995）奉張老前人指
示，由天達單位開始前往南非開荒。初期為林添裕點傳師持
續前往辦道、成全，且有鄧清泉壇主一家人的誠心幫辦，道務
逐漸開展。那時張老前人曾說過：「十年可以開花結果。」果
然藉著天普道院的落成得到應驗。天普道院由陳寶玉老點傳師
恩准購置房屋，因
堂位置遲遲未能定案，楊月英點傳師懇請
廖老點傳師至南非巡視，確立
堂位置，經寶光黃志忠壇主協
助，將
堂整理完成。基礎忠恕南非道場公共
堂，由袁前人
賜名為「天普道院」，於西元2007年1月21日正式落成，諸多
海內外道親皆共同參與盛會。
南非天普道院的道務推展由楊月英點傳師負責，秉持濟公
活佛老師大公無私的精神，廣度有緣種子，一點一滴地將道務
逐漸拓展。十多年來對南非道親付出無限愛心，完成彌勒祖師
的大愿，連結每一位拓荒者，一起渡過許多難關。
天普道院位在

，佔地400坪，有莊嚴清幽的
堂、寬廣舒適的後院，
是基礎忠恕道場在南非的里程碑。11個開班據點：

A Brief Introduction of
Ji Chu Zhong Shu in South Africa

We are full of gratitude for the grace of our Heavenly Mother and the virtues of our
Venerable Late Senior Grand Master Chang, through which the I-Kuan Tao Association of
R.S.A. is founded. Today, the wish of our Venerable Late Senior Grand Master Chang of
having an I-Kuan Tao Association on five continents is fulfilled! Also, we are thankful for
Senior Master Liao, Yong Kang’s efforts in making possible the establishment of first I-Kuan
Tao temple in South Africa--Tian Phu Temple.
In 1995, Venerable Late Senior Grand Master Chang instructed that Tian Tah Branch
be responsible for the propagation of the Great Tao in South Africa. The first Zhong-Shu
Tao Administration Center in South Africa thus started with the help of Master Lin, Tian
Yueh and the temple Owner Teng, Chin Chuan and his family. Since then, they have traveled
around South Africa to spread the Great Tao. During that time, Venerable Late Senior Grand
Master Chang once said: "Tao will flourish in R.S.A. in ten years." The site of "Tian Phu
Temple" was bought in 2006 with the approval of Senior Master Chen, Pao Yu. Master Yang,
Yueh Ying then sincerely invited Senior Master Liao, Yong Kang to survey and decide the
proper location of the temple. With the assistance of Pao Kuang Temple Owner Huang, Chih
Chung, the construction of the temple was accomplished. Senior Master Yuan kindly named
the temple: Tian Phu Temple. On January 21, 2007, Tian Phu Temple was inaugurated and
numerous Tao practitioners from different parts of the world participated in this event.
Master Yang, Yueh Ying is now in-charge of the temple. Following the spirit and
footsteps of our "Ji Gong Buddha", Master Yang propagates the Great Tao and carries out
corresponding tasks and charitable works in South Africa. In ten years, with a lot of hard
work, effort and boundless love, Master Yang and her Tao followers fulfilled the wish of
Maitreya Buddha, despite the difficulties they had encountered.
Tian Phu Temple is located at No.765 Ben Swart Street, Rietfontein, Pretoria, R.S.A.
With the lot area of 1,322.28 square meters, the solemn temple has a spacious backyard and
a very big lawn. Tian Phu Temple serves as a new landmark for the Ji Chu Zhong-Shu Tao
Administration Center in R.S.A..
The Great Tao has already propagated to 11 villages in R.S.A.: Mabopane Village--
Mabaso Temporary Temple, Lusaka Mamelodi Village--Mnisi Temporary Temple, Moloto
Village--Shokane Temporary Temple, Soshanguve Village--Mashele Temporary Temple,
Waterkloof Village--Mokwana Temporary Temple, and 6 other villages. All these were
made possible through the effort, hard work and never-ending help extended by the Tao
practitioners from different parts of the world.
We would like to thank our Heavenly Mother, our Venerable Late Senior Grand
Master Chang, our Senior Tao masters for their unconditional love and support
through the years, paving the way for the smooth establishment and progress of the
I-Kuan Tao Association of R.S.A..
