南非一貫道總會在各組線道親同心同德努力籌策之下，如

今終於成立，竭誠感恩 天恩師德，師尊師母聖德，各組線領

導前人、點傳師的護持、南非當地政府、駐南非共和國台北聯

絡代表處的各級長官以及台灣一貫道總會的協助，今日才能共

襄盛舉。

南非一貫道總會的前身為南非一貫道聯誼會，十五年前

奉濟公老師慈悲指示南非當地道親要著手籌辦一個屬於各組線

道親能互助合作和聯誼的組織性道親社團。1997年7月19日由

陳寶玉老點傳師、高全點傳師兩位大德親自主持成立南非一貫

道聯誼會，並邀請林副總大櫻點傳師為聯誼會顧問、蘇洪源點

傳師為輔導點傳師。聯誼會會務鴻展，道氣興盛，在外國大家

都不分組線相互幫辦，無你我的分別，為的就是合力為上天辦

事，將道傳遍各角落是每一位旅外道親的認知。

有了十年聯誼會運作的成功經驗，2006年派台灣點傳師巡

視南非道務後，世界總會前理事長張老前人鑒於機緣成熟，西

元2008年初指示當地壇主開始籌備向南非內政部宗教司申請南

非一貫道總會。在南非申請組織團體通常審查嚴格的情況下，

由於天命尊貴，台灣諸位前人輩大德慈悲，一切的申請程序圓

滿順利，終於在2009年5月22日取得合法的執照。

1996年成立世界一貫道總會在L.A.美國洛杉磯。一貫道總

會四大洲(亞洲、美洲、歐洲、澳洲)，共14個國家(中華民國

1988年、柬埔寨1995年、泰國2000年、印尼2000年、馬來西亞

2001年、美國2006年、日本2007年、奧地利2007年、澳洲2009

The Inauguration of

I-Kuan Tao Association of R.S.A. 2011

The Great Tao prevails, and the door to Africa opens....

With the joint effort and resolution of the Tao practitioners from different

sectors of I-Kuan Tao in South Africa, the I-Kuan Tao Association of R.S.A. is finally

founded. We owe everything to our Heavenly God ( Lao Mu ), to our founder of

I-Kuan Tao (Patriarch Shi Zuen and Matriarch Shi Mu ), to our Respectful Senior

Master and Masters, and to the never-ending help extended by the government of

South Africa , the Diplomatic Staff of the Taiwan Liaison Office in the R.S.A. and the

members of the I-Kuan Tao Association of R.S.A.. We gather here today to celebrate

this very special occasion.

Before, I-Kuan Tao Association of R.S.A. was only a fellowship. Fifteen years

ago, our Merciful Ji Gong Buddha instructed that the Tao practitioners from different

sectors of I-Kuan Tao unite and work hand-in-hand to build an organization where

all Tao practitioners can get together to discuss doctrines and hold seminars. In

1996, World I- Kuan Tao Headquarters was established in Los Angeles, U.S.A.

On July 19, 1997, Senior Master Chen, Pao Yu and Master Kao, Chuan hosted the

opening of the I-Kuan Tao Organization in R.S.A., and invited Master Lin, Ta Ying

to act as consultant and Master Su, Hong Yuan as guardian master. The I-Kuan Tao

Organization in R.S.A. flourished and all the Tao practitioners in R.S.A. united and

formed one big spiritual family. Each and every one did his/her best to cultivate and

propagate the Tao all over South Africa.

With ten years of fruitful experience in running the fellowship, the I-Kuan Tao

Association invited several Masters from Taiwan to visit our temple in South Africa

in 2006. After thorough consideration, Venerable Late Senior Master Chang, the

previous Director-General of the World I-Kuan Tao Headquarters, contemplated to

organize an I-Kuan Tao Association in South Africa. So, in 2008, the representatives

of the Tao practitioners from different Tao sectors filed an application to the

Department of Religious Affairs of Interior Ministry of South Africa. In reality,

filing an application for a religious organization in South Africa is difficult but with

the help of our Sagacious Senior Masters in Taiwan and through our Great Tao, the

application process went smoothly and we obtained a permit on May 22, 2009.

Eleven countries on 4 big continents (Asia, America, Europe, Australia) have

already established their I-Kuan Tao Association; namely: Republic of China 1988,

Cambodia 1995, Thailand 2000, Indonesia 2000, Malaysia 2001, U.S.A. 2006,

，如此世界五大洲都有一貫道總會的代表國，便可以宗

教名義申請進入聯合國成為NGO（世界宗教和平組織）的會員

國之一。有鑑於此，台灣一貫道總會方面非常重視此次能在非

洲大陸申請設立合法的宗教性質的傳道組織，所以也指示南非

所有組線的幹部要群策群力，著手籌辦意義非凡的成立大會。

將近兩年的籌備光陰，各組線的相互護持之下，由寶光玉

山林副總大櫻點傳師榮膺首屆理事長，在大德慈悲領導所有委

員及工作任務皆法喜承接，會內組織成員包括基礎忠恕鄧清泉

壇主擔任秘書長，寶光建德大香山陳振豐區長為監事長、發一

崇德楊仁祥壇主為對外英語發言人，歷屆青年會幹部成員擔任

總會重要職務，學習操辦，佈局傳承工作。

未來南非一貫道總會的會務重點包括全力協助台灣道親前

來南非傳道的主要邀請單位，每年捐助當地慈善機構物資及糧

食，各組線到村莊傳道成全方面的協辦，各組線道親道務交流

學習、相互聯誼，並做為一貫道與政府善意溝通的橋樑。

今日與會的道親包括台灣一貫道總會李理事長、馬來西

亞古理事長率團前來祝賀，還有其他來自世界各地的道親團體

以及南非長官、台灣聯絡代表處劉代表、吳僑務組長及官員和

南非各僑團、道親們能親自蒞臨、共襄盛舉。感恩各界的與會

增添風采，也期待未來南非一貫道總會能迎向新格局、薪火相

傳、繼往開來，把中華文化一貫大道傳播非洲大陸。

Japan 2006, Austria 2007, Australia 2009, England 2009, Paraguay 2009. This year,

Republic of South Africa, Brazil and New Zealand are also going to establish The

I-Kuan Tao Association. With the establishment of the I-Kuan Tao Association in

R.S.A., there is at least one representative country with I-Kuan Tao Association on

each of the 5 continents (Asia, America, Europe, Australia and Africa) . Now, we

are eligible to apply to the United Nations for the membership in the NGO! So, our

Venerable Late Senior Master Chang encouraged the Tao practitioners from different

Tao sectors in South Africa to work together to attain this goal.

After 2 years’ preparation, Master Lin, Ta-Ying, from "Pao Kuang Yueh San", is

appointed as the Director-General of the I-Kuan Tao Association in R.S.A. Through

the guidance of our gracious leaders, all the members of the committee have worked

hand-in-hand to accomplish our mutual goal of propagating I-Kuan Tao in South

Africa. The members of the committee are as follows: Ji Chu Zhong Shu Temple

Owner--Teng, Ching Chuan as head of secretary; Pao Kuang Chian Teh Tah Hsiang

San District Head--Chen, Tseng Fong as supervisor; Fa Yi Chong Teh--Yang, Ren

Hsiang as English spokesperson; and all previous youth administrative members are

responsible for other important affairs.

The main objectives of The I-Kuan Tao Association of R.S.A. are to assist

and support Tao practitioners from Taiwan who come here every year to spread the

Great Tao, to do charitable work such as distributing food, clothing and gifts to the

different villages in R.S.A., to preach the Great Tao and to share moral values and

teachings from the doctrines of the I-Kuan Tao. Also, the organization provides Tao

practitioners from different sectors of I-Kuan Tao the chances to interact with one

another. Most important of all, the organization serves as a bridge for communication

between the government of R.S.A. and the committee of the I-Kuan Association.

The list of invitees are: Director-General Li of the I-Kuan Tao Association of

Taiwan, Director-General Ku of the I-Kuan Tao Association of Malaysia and his

followers, and many more groups of Tao practitioners from all over the world, the

Honorable Leaders of R.S.A., Diplomat Liu of Taiwan Liaison Office in R.S.A.,

Leaders of the different Overseas Chinese Association of R.S.A.

On behalf of the I-Kuan Tao Association of R.S.A., we would like to thank all

the honorable guests from different organizations all over the world for having given

their precious time and effort to participate in the inauguration of our I-Kuan Tao

Association of R.S.A. We hope that the I-Kuan Tao Association of R.S.A. will thrive

and flourish in the years to come.
