Greeting to you, all Tao brothers and sisters. My name is Josephineh. I received Tao at

Teng Tian-Tzue’s temple in Pretoria on the 19th of July 1994. It was Isaack, my brother, who

introduced the Tao to me and my family. Then I also introduced

Tao to the people in my village

and asked them to come to receive Tao. So many people come as soon as they could. I have

experienced a lot ever since I received Tao. Tao is precious and good because it has changed my

life. My home became the fi rst one to open the temple. We studied Tao in my home village on

Sundays. Teng Tian-Tzue’s family teach us how good the Tao is.

The Taiwan Tao brothers and sisters always welcome everybody warm-heartedly. I also

introduced Tao to people of Motle Village at Mr. and Mrs. Maboso. I became the fi rst local Tao

staff in my village. I helped to translate in our language to our people in every location. We have

traveled to Soshanguve, Motle, Moloto, and Mamelodi. It is with deep gratitude that I could

write my experience with I-Kuan-Tao. I am very thankful to those people from Taiwan for their

kindness, love and support. Every time we go to the Temple, they greet us with their friendly

smiles.

各位道親您們好，我的名字是喬瑟菲（中文名：梅花），我於 1994 年 7 月

19 日在鄧壇主家中開設的

堂求得一貫大道。當時是由我的哥哥──艾斯克，介

紹我們全家去求道。求道之後，我又度了村莊許多人來求道，在很快的時間內，

很多人都很樂意來求道。自從求了道以後，我深深體悟「道」是很尊貴的，「道」

也改變了我的人生，我的老家成為第一個設立臨時

堂的處所。當時，每個星期

日我們都在

堂上課、學習、聽道理。鄧壇主一家人教導我們道的殊勝。

來自台灣的道親總是親切而熱忱地對待每一位南非道親。後來，我也介紹很

多村民來 Maboso 家求道。在我們村莊，我成為第一位道場幹部，所以有很多機

會到其他村莊，如：Soshanguve、Motle、Moloto 和 Mamelodi 等地，幫忙點傳師

和講師們做翻譯的工作。我實在深深感激能有此機會，寫出自己學道的歷程與諸

位讀者分享。每次來到

堂，台灣道親們總是以親切的笑容接待我們，我非常感

謝他們的慈悲、愛、支持與鼓勵。

I am so happy to have met those people from Taiwan and I feel so blessed. The Tao

brothers and sisters spoke Tao so much to me and my family. I look forward to sharing what I’ve

learned with my friends in my location. All of the activities have been very entertaining and full

of good laughs. My children also learn more from Tao and I can see their behavior have changed

a lot. They listen to me when I talked to them doing good deeds.

Tao has changed my life. In the past, I didn’t know that killing animals was not good and

I ate them. Tao taught me a lot about being a vegetarian because we used to kill chickens in my

precious life. Now I learned that meat is not good to eat. Meat is dangerous food that causes a lot

of diseases. Tao also taught me to love all the people around me and to show our love, respect to

the old and young people. Instead of harming, we should care about animals, love them and look

after them.

We have also learned more about the Three Treasures of life. After receiving Tao, I

know the way back to heaven, for God has given all of us conscience. Tao taught me to have

conscience as a human being. To all the I Kuan Tao members in Taiwan, I say THANK YOU so

much.

In 2011, I had an unknown tumor in the thumb of my right hand, and I felt sore and pain

and left the job because I became seriously ill. I believed that Ji-Kong Buddha was looking after

me, for I used to say the FIVE SECRET WORDS in my heart to ask Ji-Kong Buddha to help

me. Now I feel so much better and I can even go back to my job. I have been working for so

many years with Teng Tian-Tzue. Even now I am still learning more about Tao. I also thank Ji-

Kong Buddha for protecting me and bringing back my health. I am a very well person.

我很開心能遇見來自台灣的道親們，也覺得很幸福。他們講了很多道理給我

們全家聽，我期盼將道對我的影響分享給我村莊裡的朋友。所有的課程和活動都

寓教於樂，讓我們聽道理的同時，也能心生法喜、笑開懷。我的小孩也從課程中

學到很多道理，讓我看見他們的行為真正有所改善。當我教導他們要多做善事時，

他們也都很聽話。

「道」改變了我的人生，因為過去的我，從來不知道殺生甚至吃肉是不對的。

「道」教導我改變飲食習慣，成為一位願意學習吃素者。我現在了解肉有害於我

們的健康，會讓我們的身體生病。「道」也教導我如何去愛我們周遭所有的人，

以及展現我們無私的愛，並尊敬一切眾生。我們對動物應該以關懷和愛護來取代

傷害。

我們也更了解三寶。求了道以後，明白回天之路，因為每個人都有一顆上天

賦予的良心，所以要時時顯露我們的良心。再一次真摯地向台灣所有的道親表達

感激之情。

在 2011 年的時候，我的右手拇指生了一個不明的腫瘤，疼痛不已。因為病

情嚴重，所以辭掉工作。當時我相信濟公老師會一直守護在我的身旁，因為我心

中時常默念無字真言祈求濟公老師。現在我的病漸漸好轉，讓我能回來繼續以前

做了很多年工作──在鄧壇主的禮品店工作。到現在我仍舊持續不斷學道，我也

很感恩濟公老師保佑小後學，讓我恢復以往的健康。現在我已經康復了。

非常謝謝台灣諸位點傳師、講師及道親，願　老

慈悲保佑所有道親。
