My brother Douglas Mabaso is the first one in my family to receive Tao. He
later told my family about the importance of receiving Tao. Then he took us to
Namise’s house at Ratsiepane to receive Tao. Our Introducer is Mr. Teng（鄧清泉
壇主） and our transmit teacher is the late senior Master Chen（陳寶玉領導點傳
師）. We received Tao in 1997.
After my parents became Tao cultivators, they decided to invite the Tao brothers
and sisters to set up a temple at their house in Molte Village. My name is Mavis
Mabaso, and I received Tao when I was 11 years old. By cultivating myself in Tao,
I have learned a lot and I understand that Tao is the way to go back to our home
town in heaven. It helped me to respect my parents, to love one another, not to steal-
-it keeps me off the bad street. And Tao taught me to choose the right friends, to
distinguish good from bad, to know that be successful in life is through hard work.
Tao has changed a lot of people’s lives at Molte Village. So far, we have travelled a
lot teaching people the importance of Tao.
Tao is great and it is very important to understand the three treasures. I was once
involved in an accident. As I saw the car nearby rolling, I said the secret words in
mind and I got out of an accident unharmed. Being a Tao sister, we have to commit
our life to Tao and always be willing to assist Tao brothers and sisters. My parents--
Glady and Elias--have now moved to another house and they kept the old house as a
Tao Temple because they have seen and they understood that Tao is the way of life,
the way to go back heaven.

我的哥哥──達克拉斯，是家庭成員中第一位求道的。求道後，他告訴全家
人求道的重要性。之後，他帶我們到位於 Ratsiepane 的 Namise 家臨時
堂求得寶
貴大道。引度我們全家的是鄧清泉壇主，而為我們點道的是已故的陳寶玉領導點
傳師，我們全家在 1997 年求道。
我的雙親求了道且明白道理之後，他們決定邀請台灣道親到我們位於 Molte
的家裡開設臨時
堂。我的名字是 Mavis Mabaso，中文名字叫梅美，我 11 歲求道。
學道幫助我很多，因為我知道「道」是一條可以通往家鄉理天的路。「道」也讓
我了解：要尊敬父母、愛護別人、遠離不當場所，而且不可偷竊；「道」教導我
去選擇正確的朋友、分辨是非、了解人生要成功需透過辛勤付出。「道」至今已
改變 Molte 村莊很多的人民，我們也跑了許多地方，告訴很多人得道的重要性。
「道」是很寶貴的，而更重要的是要記住得道三寶。三寶的運用就發生在一
次意外當中：當時我看到一輛離我很近的車子突然翻車了，於是趕快在心中默念
無字真言，很慶幸地讓我免於這場意外，毫髮無傷。身為一位道親，我們應該將
人生交付給「道」，且要有恆心地去協助台灣來的道親辦道。我的雙親（Glady
and Elias Mabaso）現在已經搬離舊家，他們發愿將舊家留給點傳師設立臨時
堂，
做為度眾及道親開班之用。因為他們親身感受到，也了解到「道」是人生唯一的
路，一條回到理天的返鄉超生了死之路。
