Tao changed my life

Tao has shown me the way of life and the way people must live. We must take

care of other people, share things that they don’t have and love other people because

we are all the same, no matter rich or poor, even if we differ in religion, custom,

color and race.

Tao is everything to me. Some people are rich but they don’t receive Tao and

don’t understand what the meaningful life is. We are richer on mind than them

because we received Tao already and understand the true life by studying Tao.

My mission in life

I have learned a lot about Tao, and Tao changed my life a lot. I was naughty and

I didn’t listen to preachers on class; I was even greedy and selfi sh.

I received Tao at the early age of nine and now I am twenty-three. My life

changed a lot. I volunteered at old age center to help old people for giving clothes

and cooking. Moreover, I volunteered to teach kids at some school or creche.

The other thing is that I want to become a mother and a grandmother in Tao

Temple. I can teach our children how Tao changed my life and it also can change

their lives.

道改變我的人生

「道」指引我正確的人生方向及生活方式。我們要關懷他人、將擁有的東西

分享給匱乏者，並且愛別人，因為我們都具有相同的自性，無論是貧賤或富貴，

甚至不同的宗教信仰、風俗民情、膚色或種族。

對我而言，道是所有一切。有些人雖然很富有，但是他們沒求道，還不懂什

麼是有意義的人生。而我們已經求道，並透過學道了解人生的真諦，在心靈層面

上，其實我們是比沒有求道的人更富有。

人生的使命

道讓我學習到很多，也確實改變我的人生。以前的我很頑皮、講師上課時不

認真聽道理，甚至很貪心及自私。

我在 9 歲的時候就已經求了道，現在我已經 23 歲了，我的人生真的改變很多。

我自願去老年中心幫助老人家，帶些衣服給他們穿，或是幫忙煮飯。此外，我也

自願到許多學校或是孤兒院，教兒童讀書。

另外，我希望在道場上能成為一位誠心了愿的幹部

?.

。我可以告訴孩子們：

道是如何改變我的人生，同樣地，道也能改變他們的人生。

堂的壇主、講師或幹部，可以幫

忙更多的道務。
